The sale happens off-site.
Affiliate offers, marketplaces, phone calls and CRM deals close where your ad pixel can’t see them.
New Server-side conversions for paid media
Celnet ties each ad click to the sale or lead it produces — in your store, your CRM or an affiliate network — and sends the conversion back to the ad platform. Your bidding learns from real revenue, not guesses.

The problem
Affiliate offers, marketplaces, phone calls and CRM deals close where your ad pixel can’t see them.
Ad blockers, tracking prevention and consent banners mean a growing share of conversions never fire client-side.
When the platform only sees clicks or form fills, automated bidding optimises for volume — not revenue.
How it works
A tracking link or a lightweight site script stores each ad click’s identifiers — gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid — with UTMs, on your own first-party domain.
Sales and leads arrive by S2S postback, webhook, CSV or API. Celnet matches them to the original click by click ID, sub-ID or order ID.
Matched conversions, with their real value and currency, are uploaded through each platform’s official conversion API — with retries, deduplication and a full upload log.
Features
Pass the click ID through the network’s sub-ID. When the network fires its postback, the commission is sent to the ad platform as a conversion with its real value.
Send order value or commission instead of a flat count, converted to the conversion action’s currency.
Retract or restate conversions when an order is refunded or a commission is reversed, where the platform supports it.
Every upload with its status, the platform’s response and the reason for any rejection — nothing disappears silently.
See revenue by campaign, ad group and keyword next to spend, so you know which terms actually make money.
Custom tracking domains, respect for consent signals, and SHA-256 hashing of any customer data before it leaves Celnet.
Who it’s for
Bid on commissions, not clicks. Network postbacks become ad-platform conversions automatically.
Send qualified leads and closed deals from your CRM back to the ad that produced them.
Recover conversions lost to browsers and consent, and optimise on order value.
FAQ
It’s the practice of sending conversions to an ad platform from a server, after they happen, instead of relying on a pixel in the visitor’s browser. Every major ad platform offers an official API for it.
You authorise Celnet through each platform’s standard OAuth sign-in. Access is limited to uploading conversions and reading the reporting needed to show results, and you can revoke it at any time.
No. It complements it. Celnet sends conversions the pixel can’t see, and deduplicates against pixel events where the platform supports an event or order ID.
As long as it’s inside the platform’s attribution window for that conversion action. Celnet checks the click age before uploading, so expired conversions are flagged instead of rejected.
Usually none — a click ID is enough. For lead-based conversions you can optionally send an email or phone number, which is normalised and SHA-256 hashed before upload.
